When the safety of your property is at stake, you don’t need some storm chaser knocking at your door advertising a free roof. You don’t need high-pressure sales tactics designed to scare or deceive you. And you don’t need so-called “experts” hawking inferior roof shingles at an inflated price.
After my neighbor used Trek Contracting for her roof, Matt approached me to offer a free estimate. What I noticed immediately was how knowledgeable Matt was about the process of working with insurance companies and filing a claim without hesitation or gimmicks. Even after he provided a comprehensive estimate to me (complete with photos for us to see), he never tried to force the sale, which is rare amongst contractors in our area. Once we committed to the work, he was always available and responsive to any and all questions I had regarding the process or the installation of the roof. And they were not just one-word answers, but complete explanations in order to provide me with education and set my mind at ease over a process I had limited knowledge about. He was always onsite to make sure that things went properly, even during the insurance companies inspection. His team was respectful of my property, and while you expect to find a few nails after having a roof done, overwhelmingly the property was amazing clean. Matt and his team are incredibly down to earth and truly take the time to think of the customer experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer/contractor for their next home project.Craig R.
Matt at Trek Contracting replaced our wind and hail damaged roof this summer. He was easy to work with, promptly returned our calls, answered all questions and addressed all our concerns. Matt took care of communication with our insurance company. He didn’t hassle us about payment even though the insurance company lost paperwork which delayed the final payment. The roofers were prompt, worked long hours, and cleaned up before they left each day. We have a very steep roof with many angles and valleys and it looks great!Wayne and Janet F.
I was away on work when my wife told me they a roofing contractor informed her that we had hail damage on our roof and could get it replaced. I felt skeptical about it so told her to wait until my return. When I got back, I met with a representative of Trek Contracting and he was very professional and transparent. He showed me pictures of my damage, listed off past projects and customer references, and didn’t pressure me into anything. I filed a claim with my insurance company and sure enough, they agreed to replace the roof and also paid for some paint work. I am very happy with the finished project and glad I trusted the process.Jose B.
Trek Contracting did an amazing job for us. We received significant hail damage to our home inside and out. Matthew and Maxwell organized all of the necessary trades to repair everything that we wanted repaired. They were present with the insurance inspector, helped us negotiate with our insurance carrier for the money needed to repair everything, and made numerous visits to our home with each trade to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. They are courteous, friendly and efficient. Our home was completed months ago and several of our neighbors who used other contractors are still waiting on repairs. We would use Trek Contracting again and we highly recommend them.Karen and Bill T.
