"This is the second time I've needed to work with a contractor for hail damage on my home. My first experience was AWFUL. My experience with Trek Contracting was the best experience I've had with a contractor in my time of need. My home suffered hail damage in June and Matt with Trek Contracting came out did a through inspection of my home for damage. Matt worked diligently with my insurance company working through the insurance claim- making it as seamless as possible. I was able to get a new/upgraded roof - to help with an insurance discount on my premium, new paint, new garage doors, new gutters, and deck painting.. Matt and his team were amazing, the roofers, painters and garage contractors showed up everyday they said they would be there and got the job completed quickly. Everyone was friendly and kept me informed through the whole entire process. I will be using Trek again and would recommend anyone looking for great customer service and someone who cares about their customers. We worked with Ben and he did an outstanding job listening to our concerns and explaining exactly what our insurance claim was covering. He went through each line of the claim and made sure we fully understood what was damaged and what needed to be replaced. They put on an entire new roof, all new gutters, and a new skylight. We are thrilled with all three jobs! Ben went out of his way to make sure the gutter color would match our house trim color. He also provided outstanding service after we realized the new skylight was a bit different from our original one.
